Calgary Ladies Golf Association
WEB ADMINISTRATION POSITION
The Calgary Ladies Golf Association is looking for an individual to fill the position of web administrator. This is a volunteer position.
The position will involve the redesign and ongoing maintenance of the Association’s website. The administrator will also be required to configure access for users, connect databases, address cloud storage solutions and monitor web performance. Additional requirements are:
●Providing technical support
●Assessing the site’s usability, design and content
●Creating and updating web pages
●Evaluating the structure and content of the website
●Sending out email blasts
Training with respect to the special requirements for the Association’s website, including information about its tournaments and events, will be provided. The time commitment for this position on an ongoing basis is expected to be a couple of hours per week during the golf season. More time will be required to redesign the website, however the deadline for completion is flexible and may be adjusted to meet the administrator’s availability.
