2025 Calgary Senior Ladies Closed Amateur Champions
Host Venue - Valley Ridge Golf Club
Hooray! The unseasonable wet weather experienced in Calgary this summer held off just long enough for the 60 ladies competing for the Calgary Ladies Senior Championship to complete their rounds dry and happy! This year's Calgary senior champion is Daniela Pacheco from Mickelson National Golf Club - who is also the 2025 provincial senior champion. Consistency was key as Daniela scored two terrific rounds of 79 and 73 for a two-day total of 152.​
This year's senior net champion hails from Country Hills Golf Club - Emily Leung's stellar second round net play of 67 earned her the two-day low net championship with a 144 finish. In the super senior division, Wendy Ellacott from the Bearspaw Golf Club took the title with a two-day gross total of 169. Representing Priddis Greens Golf &CC, Laurie Coopersmith took home the super senior net title with a two-day total of 144.

2025 RILEYS Best Ball Ladies ClassicTM Champions
The weather held off just long enough to produce near perfect conditions for41st edition of the Rileys Best Ball Ladies Classic Championship Sunday! 12 teams representing eight clubs from the CLGA contended for championship honours in their respective flights. This year's winners are Claire Boswell and Katy Rutherford from Silver Springs Golf &CC. ​

2025 PARADE OF CHAMPIONS
2025 Junior Girls Champions
Congratulations to the Calgary Junior Girls' Champion Alessandra Sundquist from the Willow Park Golf &CC. Alessandra shot an impressive 2-day gross 78-78/156 to capture her first Calgary City Junior Championship! The overall low net winner is Brooke Sundquist of The Hamptons Golf Club with a two-day net score of 70-67/137! The U15 low gross winner is Logan Nguyen from the host club Valley Ridge shooting a fabulous 84-84/168 two-day gross total.
And, Congratulations to all of the flight winners.
2025 Calgary Ladies Amateur Champions
The field for the 2025 Calgary Ladies Closed Amateur was the most competitive in the 95 years of the championship. The championship flight contenders were all plus handicap players and the ferocity of their competitiveness did not disappoint. On the final day of the 3-day competition, Aastha Savadatti of Canyon Meadows fired a second round of 69 to capture the title by two strokes. Tessa Ion of Pinebrook and former 2023 champion is the 1st low gross winner. Taking home the overall low net champion title is Liz Hadden of Sirocco. Congratulations to all of the flight winners.
